Cheated through Lelong?? *UPDATED*

My God. What an experience!

Dah selalu juga beli barang di Lelong.com.my tapi tak pernah ada masalah... standard postage paling lembab  adalah seminggu. Paling-paling teruk pun 2 weeks la tapi selalunya courier yang bermasalah.

However, apa anda rasa kalau korang dah beli barang and seller dah bagi tracking number but the tracking number DOES NOT EXIST?

Or dalam makna lain: Tracking number tu takde dalam sistem courier. Belum pos or nombor yang salah???

Kronologi:

I ordered and BAYAR RM470 pada 26th Oct 2014 untuk sebijik cash register machine & a laminator.

Pada 27th Oct 2014, my order dah diupdate to 'Complete'. Siap ada tracking number sumer dah. Posted using Airpak Express.




Bagusss... cepatnyer update.

Then the waiting games begin.

27th Oct tu hari Isnin yer... I bajet-bajet paling lambat dapat barang hari Rabu. Yela, walaupun tracking dapat hari Isnin, tak semestinya dia pos Isnin. Maybe seller pos Selasa. So Rabu la aku dapat.

FYI, Mama Panda also has account with Airpak Express. So the Airpak Sitiawan branch memang dah kenal la kitorang kan. Barang of cos cepat je sampai.

Sekali kau, Rabu tu (29th Oct) barang takde lagi bila aku call Airpak and when I checked online at www.airpak-express.com, the tracking number is not valid. Tak exist.

Hari Jumaat pun tiba.

Masih tiada barang. Masih takde keluar details bila track. Ehhh ni apehal plak ni?? Aku pernah juga jadi kes Airpak lupa nak keyin dalam sistem tapi sehari lepas tu ade je dalam sistem bila track cos dah memang confirm barang dipos and ade penerima. Yang kes Officeworld  ni dah kenapa?? Apsal lambat sangat nak update?

Jumaat tu aku call and mintak dia send gambar CN tu so aku sendiri akan check dengan Airpak Express tapi sampai sekarang tak bagi-bagi lagi copy CN. Helloooo, kalau kau pos barang, kau mesti ade copy sender oke??

And you know what? When I called the second time he said item dah pos, dekat Airpak pun ada tulis dah pos and dah ada orang penerima. And I was like, ko nak tipu agak-agak la woi. Aku tetap insist dia send proof of postage (CN copy) so aku sendiri akan check lagi dengan Airpak.

So that's the problem right now. I haven't received the machines and I also cannot track it. For status like this, usually it's because the tracking number is wrong or the item hasn't been post out.
Pls advise

Nak kena ulang-ulang masalah. Berapa kali nak inform yang tracking number tu takde and takleh track???

They didn't reply this message and I started smelling something fishy. Logically, apa yang susah sangat untuk send proof of postage? I did that all the time. Kalau ade customer complained barang tak sampai lagi and check online takde tracking info (arini pos, arini jugak check memang takde la hehehe), aku terus snap gambar CN dengan alamat aku, alamat diorang serta nombor tracking. Settle.


Semua details aku ada. Tapi diorang yang tak update-update barang aku kat mana.

Korang tengok la sendiri balas-balas pm macam hape ni... punyer la lama and barang masih tak dapat2.

I post items everyday using Airpak too, but no such problems like non existent tracking no if items already posted.
Looking forward for your update.

If indeed you have post the parcel, please send proof of postage i.e the CN picture so I can check again with Airpak Express.

Hari ni dah 10th Nov. Dah genap 2 minggu. I asked for refund because I honestly felt like I've been conned.

Okay, jangan ingat aku tak boleh pergi report. Aku malas and busy jer. Banyak benda lain aku boleh buat lagi. Tapi dah dapat mesej macam ni memang confirm aku report la. Tak kisah la duit tak dapat balik ke ape ke janji aku report and usaha tuntut hak aku.

p/p/s: RM470 pun nak bising?? Yes, RM470 tu still duit aku!!! Dan sebenarnya aku memang pantang orang menipu barang secara online ni. So sebab tu gigih tulis blog walaupun banyak product reviews. Hmphhh


***UPDATE:

Seller masih tak refund after 24 hours.

What I did was: Call Lelong customer service, bagi order ID and report masalah. Lelong akan contact seller and tanya problem etc etc.

Bila Lelong email, baru lah seller tu reply!!



Amboiii! Panas hati aku baca email ni. Out station pulak dah. Memang confirm menipu la ni. dengan aku takde citer ape pun.


English aku pun dah berterabur and ikut style dia dah. Geram betul.

Pastu dia reply tapi tak CC Lelong pulak.


Hmph.

Malas aku nak layan. Aku dah sms dia banyak kali and dia memang berlagak sesangat. Aku dah inform nak pergi report polis so that's what I did. Takde masa okeh nak tunggu-tunggu lagi...

Ni kronologi sms. Mesej sejak 29 Oct okeh!!




Police report was made because they still didn't refund back in 24 hours.

And I updated Lelong on the matter. FYI, I did not need Lelong to provide me the seller's IC and address cos I have anonymous email providing those. Nak buat report & tuntutan tribunal kena ada IC dan alamat penentang ;)



After I updated Lelong about the police report done, a 'supervisor' called to settle problem. This 'supervisor' said they've been in business for a long time, no problem whatsoever. Why aku ni sampai report2 polis bagai?? Ehh tak koser aku nak buang masa cakap-cakap lagi. Aku tengah drive btw, so I ended the call (truth was, jantung aku macam nak meletup and nak memaki-maki. So dari aku terjerit-jerit, baik la end call je).



I got my money back at 9.05PM 11th Nov 2014.

Lesson to seller: Don't ever challenge people to report on you. Some people might not do that because it's a hassle. But not everyone thinks like that. Particularly not ME.

  1. Slm.. sy slh sorang seller store d lelong. Sy advice cik terus komplen ke customer service lelong. Nanti customer service akan call direct ke seller..if seller stil x nak settle..nanti lelong akn suspend store tu..

  5. Kalau dia dah pos takkan la takde CN copy... or dia ni dropship barang je? ape la yang susah sangat nak bagi bukti dah pos tu... nombor tracking bole je tulis ntah ape2 nombor.

    tapi dah memang confirm tak dapat barang kan kak... report je. nnt update story kt cni yer. nak tau ape kesudahan

  9. Alhamdulillah dpt jg duit.
    Saya yg kena tipu 7++ beli handphone dgn cina kat mudah dapat sakit hati jela.
    Dah buat police report dah tapi tak proceed case sbb polis sendiri yg kata peluang dpt duit balik mmg tak ada, siap kata kes yg baru dia ambik semalamnya, cikgu pencen kena tipu 150k duit pencen pun tak boleh buat apa, kes tak kuat kat court dan mmg undang2 kita sangat goyah, lebih melindungi hak peniaga/penipu.
    Mudah.my pun main lepas tangan.

  13. Salam, hai sis. Funny things is, saya baru kene. Kronology 99% sama. Date pon beza sehari jer. Saya bank in ke dia 30/10/2017 untill 10/11/2017 dia cuma kate akan kol semula. Katenye dah post, tapi xde tracking number.

    Sis tolong bagi no telefon sis.

    Saya nak call untuk tau apa tindakan saya perlu buat.

    Kes saya lain sikit je, tak pasti lelong boleh tolong ke tak.
